At River Road Landscaping, we are committed to providing high-quality landscaping design and construction services to our customers. We understand that there may be occasions when you are not fully satisfied with the services provided, and we aim to address any concerns in a fair and transparent manner.

1. Design Services
Once a landscaping design has been provided and approved by the customer, we do not offer refunds on the design fee. However, if there are specific elements of the design that you are dissatisfied with, we will work with you to make revisions, as long as those revisions fall within the original scope of the project.

Design Revisions: We offer 1 free revisions for the landscaping design. Any revisions requested beyond the initial scope may incur additional charges.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will not be provided for designs that have already been finalized, approved, or are in the process of being implemented.
2. Construction Services
Once construction services have commenced, no refunds will be offered. We encourage you to ensure that all details regarding the design, scope of work, and any changes are thoroughly reviewed and agreed upon before the work begins.

Cancellation before Construction Begins: If you wish to cancel a landscaping construction project before the work has started, we may offer a partial refund depending on the stage of planning or preparations completed. Please refer to the cancellation terms outlined below.

Partial or Completed Work: If construction work has already started or is completed, no refund will be issued for work performed, as materials, labor, and equipment have been committed to the project.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds for landscaping design or construction services will only be considered under the following conditions:

Service Not Provided: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services or deliverables within the agreed time frame (unless delayed due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or supply chain issues), you may be eligible for a refund.

Faulty Work: If you find that any work completed is not to the agreed specifications, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we cannot rectify the problem or the work does not meet the agreed standard, a refund may be considered based on the extent of the issue.
4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer: If you decide to cancel your landscaping project after booking, we request that you provide at least 28 days notice. If the cancellation occurs before work begins, we may refund any advance payment made, minus any non-refundable costs or deposits for materials or preliminary work that has already been procured.

Cancellation by River Road Landscaping: In the unlikely event that we are unable to proceed with your landscaping project due to unforeseen circumstances (such as labor shortages, weather delays, or other uncontrollable factors), we will provide a full refund of any payments made for services that have not yet been rendered or materials that have not yet been purchased.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days from the date of service completion by email at riverroadlandscapes@gmail.com or by phone at 0409 629 134. When requesting a refund, please provide the following details:

Your name and contact information.

The service(s) you are requesting a refund for.

A brief description of the issue or reason for the refund request.

Supporting documentation or photos (if applicable).
We will review your request and aim to respond within 7 days.
6. Exceptions
Please note that the following are not eligible for a refund:

Changes to the design or scope of work requested by the customer during the project.

Work that has been completed to the agreed specifications, but where the customer changes their mind after work has been completed.

Work or services that are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or delays in material supply.
